Currently you are looking for a practical way getting forward in implementing "The Art of the Long View" into your personal and business life. This network is for those who are not already in the position of working in a GBN-member company but very much interested in building a personal learning network which may serve as a qualifying step for future challenges.

GLOCAL refers to the fact that on this way we need the view out of our "mind helicopter" to be twofold, as Peter Schwartz head of GBN puts it. Firstly we have to cope with global changes and enabling our psychological filters to recognize general patterns. Secondly we have to be able to look up the local details, i.e. become an expert on a specific subject in a given amount of time.
